ある小さな岩を1/50とし、これを3Dスキャンした。
1つの直方体で岩の表層をかたどると、塊は空間へ反転し、小さな岩の内に入ることができる。
さらに、寸法を与えながら切断し、ずらす。住宅らしき「岩のウチ」である。

I imagined a rock to be 1/50, and scanned it in 3D.
I modeled a surface of the rock with one rectangular, and made the mass into the space so that we could enter the rock inside.
Then, I gave it the scale, cut it, and shifted it. I think of something like house “Iwa no uchi”.

『座る』という一つの行為が楽しかった、あの頃を思い出させるような 椅子を。
座った姿がどこか愛らしい、あの頃を思い出させるような椅子を。

A chair which reminds me of those days when I enjoyed a lot taking action”sitting”.
A chair which reminds me of those days when the sitting figure looks somewhat adorable.

ある材料に構造の概念を付与することで新しい材料特性を付加価値として与える試みを続けています。布にレシプロカル構造パターンに組んだ棒材を組み合わせ、新しい布としてのあり方を模索しました。
I keep trying to give the new material characteristic as additional value, by giving the concept of structure to one material. Composing bars taking a pattern of reciprocal structure with cloth, I sought for an ideal way as new cloth.

日本一の大きさを誇り世界で 4 番目に古い湖、琵琶湖。大地と水との境には人、生き物の場が生まれては消えていった。この湖の辺りはそれら多くの場を記憶している。その記憶が博物館として立ち上がる。
Biwako, the largest lake in Japan, and the fourth largest lake of the world.
At the border between the ground and the water, places for human beings and living things have been born and disappeared.
Many of those places are memorised around this lake. And those memories are reborn as museums.
